The Empty Shell of Miyoko’s: Corporate Greed
"Miyoko’s Creamery used to be a beloved, values-driven pillar of artisan plant-based food, but it was thoroughly ruined when a board chasing growth targets pushed out its founder, dragged her through messy lawsuits, and traded genuine artistry for boardroom politics. Instead of focusing on quality products, new corporate leadership chased aggressive fundraising, bled money on expensive, underutilized facilities, and ultimately steered the company straight into insolvency and a liquidation sale where assets were auctioned off for pennies on the dollar. Now, seeing the familiar logo on the shelf feels misleading and exploitative; it is a brand completely divorced from the person who built it, stripped of its soul by distracted investors and executives who foolishly believed they could discard the founder but keep the magic. Buying it today means supporting a cautionary tale of squandered trust and corporate ego—and that is exactly what it tastes like."

My favorite vegan products
"I would buy in bulk whenever I could find the products and even order boxes from the website when I really had trouble. I really miss the smoked miso cheese. That was me and my friend's favorites and we would have parties where we would have 5 wheels of that cheese out for guests and people loved it. I also use all of the other products too as my go-to, such as the liquid mozzarella to make creamed spinach, omelettes using mung bean eggs, and -- of course -- pizza. I loved the unsalted european butter as a replacement in recipes or meals that needed butters, like mashed potatoes, on toast, and a scoop in a soup to give it some extra flavor. The Roadhouse Cheddar is such a yummy go to for snacks when I just wanna relax with a delicious dip and was also a favorite at parties. I'm in shock that it's so hard to find because they provided the balance of quality ingredients while also being absolutely delicious. Even after my disability, I would get the items delivered from various places or have my fiance go buy them from the store for me. I really hope the products become more available without compromising quality, because that has been the entire point. If the recipes change, then it is no longer the Miyokos that I have loved and supported all of these years."

Great, but where is it!?
"The Roadhouse Cheddar is the best non-dairy cheese around, hand down! I was mystified and devastated to find out it's just not available anymore. . . . . where the heck did it go?"

Everything about Miyoko's products is fantastic. . .
". . . but they're impossible to find! My understanding is that Miyoko's has gone bankrupt and that the company was purchased by another brand. But if that was the case, you think we'd be able to find some of this stuff in stores, especially in a city like Portland, Oregon, where I'm located. I'm devastated! There's nothing else like these products, especially the Roadhouse Cheddar and the butter. I'm allergic to dairy, and these have been a godsend. I never felt like I had to compromise on flavor, texture, and quality in my cooking because these products are as good as, or BETTER, than the dairy versions. Bring them back to stores, I beg you."

Amazing but No Longer Available
"This is the best vegan cheese spread on the market! I have been able to enjoy it for years. However, NO store in the Tampa, FL area carries it anymore. I used to be able to find it at Publix, Target and Sprouts. I’m so disappointed that I’ve opened my last container of it."
