This aged, semi-hard cheese is crafted using time-honored cheesemaking techniques from a base of organic cultured cashew milk. Our cheesemakers first hand coat each wheel in a custom herbes de Provence blend, then age them for over four weeks. Delightfully floral, bright, and deliciously smooth. The perfect addition to any cheese board, great for topping salads, and wonderfully enjoyed on its own!
