This aged, semi-hard cheese is crafted using time-honored cheesemaking techniques from a base of organic cultured cashew milk. Our cheesemakers first hand-coat each wheel in a layer of vegetable ash and then age them for over four weeks. Deliciously smooth and remarkably balanced, it's the perfect addition to any cheese board or appetizer, and of course, it's delicious on its own!
