WHAT YOU NEED
- 1 bag frozen fries (or homemade)
- 3 tbsp (or more) Miyoko's pourable mozzarella
- 1 jalapeno or serrano chili, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp thinly sliced chives
- 1 tbsp pickled onion
- ¼ cup ketchup
- 1 tbsp harissa (more to taste)
WHAT YOU DO
- Cook the french fries according to the instructions on the bag. They should be cooked and not soggy, but not overly toasted, as we will cook them again.
- While the fries cook, combine the ketchup and harissa. Taste and add more harissa or ketchup as desired.
- Pile the fries on a quarter sheet tray. Pour the mozzarella over the fries. Bake at 450 F for 5-10 minutes, until the mozzarella is bubbling and toasting in some areas. Top with chives, chili, pickled onions, and harissa ketchup. Serve immediately.
